[Features of the product]
1. Colorless and odorless, nonpoisonous and innocuous,
non-corrosive and non-irritant, incombustible, nonvolatile, and
environmental protective.
2. Innocuous to human body because neither harmful matter will be
generated nor residual will be left in the body if small quantity
of this product is taken.
3. Able to effectively control the reaction from aminophenol to
ethane, which will inhibit the preserving ability to fruits and
vegetables. It is not likely to react with fatty aminophenol and
polyoses, maleic acid, and fumaric acid. That's to say that it will
not react with natural glucide to destroy cellulose or generate
residue when it is applied to fruits and vegetables. Accordingly it
is innocuous to human body.
4. No peculiar smell, will not damage the original flavor.
[Applicable Scopes]
1. To preserve poultry and aquatic products: pretreat inside walls
of fry storing box to prevent the diseases of fry. Apply this
product to newly captured shrimps to keep their original color and
freshness for 7-10 days. Treat chicken with this product and then
keep it below 5℃ to prolong its preservation period.
2. Applying this product to soda pop, pure water and mineral water
will prolong their preservation period, avoid the generation of
fungus and control the breeding of bacteria.
3. Can be used to preserve the fresh mushroom. Spraying this
product on the fresh mushroom will keep the mushroom from decay;
the quality of salted mushroom can be obviously improved, spots
reduced, blackening free and shelf life effectively extended, when
this product is added in after the mushroom is soaked with fresh
water to be desalted and bleached.
4. Able to kill the bacteria growing at any moment in the can when
this product is added into the canned food; doing so will not
damage the original flavor of the food and will not generate
matters harmful to human bodies.
5. Able to keep the fresh flower from withering and falling and
looked as just cut down for several days after soaked with proper
quantity of this product.
6. Cooked food factory: no offtaste, no smear development and color
changing after soaked with this product, applicable to such
products as bean produces and cooked meats.
